Each week our local teachers will lead a Guided Practica at Helena May.

From time to time, visiting teachers from overseas will come to lead a Guided Practica, please check Home for announcement on special events.

8:30 p.m. - 9:15 p.m. Guided session
9:15 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Floor opens for practise and dancing
