Host very hospitable, relaxed and bohemian, be prepared to cook a meal for the house. No air conditioning. Can arrange for airport drop-off at around US$25. Leni is the sister of Julio Mendez, who spends most of his time teaching Tango in Europe (e.g. the Dome in London where Eric has taugh). Luis, Leni's partner, loves to cook and is the manager of a tango trio called L'amor del Tango. The other two regular tenants, Stella and Martin, speak perfect English and are good teases.

jorge has 7 apartments in buenos aires. We stayed at the one near plaza san martin. Fantastic location, just around the corner of the Leon airport bus stop and 1 min to underground. building has security & walking distance to av. florida, corrientes, av de mayor, cafe tortoni, etc...
