1. Club business registration update
• New director company registration completed.
• Clement to follow-up with bank signature update to complete project. Expect completion by Dec 15.

2. Next Tues Guided Practica changed to Wed
• Helena May not available for guided practica Dec 2 due to conflict with their use for member function. Richard already confirmed with Betty Simpson/Helena May to change to Dec 3, Wed.
• Communication to members, relevant staff, and website completed including confirmation with Hsueh-Tze for change of guided practica date.

3. Hsueh-Tze Lee Project update
• Becky to follow-up with Linda/Vickie on registration update (every Friday), venue for dinner, and flight reimbursement arrangement.

4. Follow-up on Fringe club milonguita Nov 13, 2008
• Event was successful with 32 new participants for the trial class and all added to newsletter distribution for TangoTang related activities.
• Erica will follow-up with Lily/Raymond to study class sign-up rate and their feedback.
• About 5 out of the 10 redeemed their guided practica vouchers at Helena May.
• Plan to offer another trial to kick off Tango Preface with Simon and Miho in January. Need to confirm availability with Fringe (Erica).

5. Christmas Milonga Dec 23, 2008
• Clement to confirm with Edward Lau and Ann Geis on project management work.
• Investigation on 2009 Christmas milonga with dinner at Helena May.

6. Cultural Series Dec 4, 2008
• Will have director team feedback session in next team meeting.

7. P&L analysis for P&N and R&S
• Clement to complete P&L analysis by Dec 15.

8. New Year's Eve milonga sponsorship
• Clement to follow-up with Ray and Simon on payment details.

9. Rotation list update
• Erica responsible for ongoing DJ, Teacher and PM update.
• Becky follow-up with Patricio and Eva for Dec 16 guided practica session.
• Ali and Shan not available for guided practica session. Clement follow-up with Thomas/Curry, and Erica follow-up with Royce/Jean Michel for one guided practica session each in Jan.

10. Website revamp project
• Clement, Erica, Cha and Kei to arrange a meeting after Dec 4 for CRM module user study.
• Current focus on CRM module and postpone homepage template layout revamp.

11. Marketing campaign for 2009
• Rebecca to generate a marketing plan with 1 or 2 marketing campaigns for 2009 for discussion at next team meeting.

12. Outdoor milonga event
• Desmond and Crystal have investigated venue with HK park and Stanley Square authorities but permit costs are high if not applying as an legal NGO. Project currently postpone until new appropriate location is found.
• Amplifier purchase denied by director team; Ave of Star event in Jan 9 and other outdoor events organized by Otro Tango continue; no required support from TangoTang until further notice.

13. Photo/Calendar project
• Project team including Linda, Mann and Eric; Clement will follow-up on adding tango events on calendar.
• Postcards ready for distribution to push more photo submission.

14. 2009 curriculum and mini-tango festival
• First round nomination teachers not available including Javier and Andrea and Pablo and Dana.
• Possible 1 month workshop invitation with Patricio and Eva in Jan/Feb but not yet confirmed until after Dec 16 guided practica. Director team will focus first half of 2009 on Tangotang 10th anniversary mini-tango festival in May.
• Current proposal including mini-festival weekend on May 28-May 31 with Laila and Leandro (Erica) and another pair of teachers possibly Damian and Celina (Becky needs to check availability).
• Work in progress on fee schedule and 1 month workshop availability with Laila and Leandro from May 28 to June 30 (Erica).
• Follow-up with Alejandra and Adrian on possible 1 or 2 week workshop invitation before or after Taipei tango festival in Sep.
• Coleman to follow-up with Pablo and Noelia for Oct to Dec for 3 month workshop (Clement).
• No update on Kitty/Gordon to work with Chelsea on possible collaboration with HK Philharmonic in 2009 (Erica).
