Volunteering work available: 

a) Receptionist
Requirement: registration and collecting registration/membership fee at Helena May, Handling enquiries, bilingual (English & Cantonese) preferred but not required.  Rotational program so flexible schedule..  Entrance fee to guided practica waived.  

b) Project Management / Event Planning
- visa application, hotel/DJ/photographer/milonga & studio venues search and coordination, teachers/artistes communications, registration of workshops/milongas, updating and maintaining the registration details/reports, handling enquiries from designated hotline and email, onsite registration.

c) Marketing/PR
- promotional, advertising and PR plans for different events, press release write-up and distribution, handling media enquiries, seeking opportunities for media exposure, news clipping, work with designers for advertisement design, production and placement

d) Graphic and Web Design
- leaflet, poster and web banner design for our various events

e) Website Design and IT Programming
1. IT helpers familiar with Paypal, database and Joomla, help setup and test run CiviCRM and Paypal under Joomla environment
2. Hiring programmers competent in writing additional modules for CiviCRM under joomla environment.
