1. 5th Annual New Year's Eve Grand Milonga

Not a "festival" but definitely a reason to be in Hong Kong is "Hong Kong's 5th Annual New Year's Eve Grand Milonga" December 31st, 2009 Venue and program to be confirmed, but mark your calenders.
