Want to be environmentally friendly to our planet earth?  You might think what does tango has to do with world's environmental issues?  Please allow us to explain.  Do you know that Tango Tang attendees have used over 100 paper cups each week thus over 5,000 cups a year (e.g. you can also multiply by 10 years)?  The numbers kept on increasing as the club grows bigger!  We are indirectly killing many trees and we can minimize the waste by our new initiative called "BYOC", that is, "BRING YOUR OWN CUP", to our regular Tuesday Guided Practica at Helena May. 

Each TangoTang member will receive a free drinking water bottle with name tag as our annual promotional gift.  Please bring the water bottle along with your tango shoes and leave it in your bag so you will always have it when you need it.  You might worry about forgetting it if you wash it at home?  No problem, just rinse it at our restrooms at Helena May.  Please note that we will not provide additional paper cups starting January 2010 as part of this initiative.  So, please support us by BYOC!

Let's make some effort to save our planet!  A small step is better than no step at all!
